This study aims to highlight the features and characteristics of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization website. With reference to the most prominent initiatives and strategies supported by the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, How can the museum benefit from the potential of social media sites to advertise its events and activities and attract more visitors? The study relied on the case study approach, and used the checklist tool to collect and analyze data. Among the most prominent findings of the study: The museum's Facebook page is active and keen to announce events and activities held at the museum. The museum's website allows you to subscribe to the newsletter to learn about everything related to the museum The museum highlighted the library’s role in acquiring and making available a peer-reviewed scientific journal specializing in Islamic antiquities entitled “Mishkat” through its Facebook page, The museum makes the “NMEC” application available on smartphones. The most important recommendations of the study are: Making biographies of board members available on the museum’s website ,providing the museum website with the ability to enlarge the font and convert text to audio.
