Frist: Author Ethics

1. The research subject submitted for publication must be related to the specializations of the journal and consistent with its objectives
2. Research papers submitted for publication must be new contributions.
3. Commitment to agree to transfer all copyright to the magazine
4. The author must clearly state the sources of his ideas and indicate them with detailed statements
5. The author may not refer to sources unless he has already referred to them
6. The author shall abide by the decision of the jury and make the required amendments
7. The editorial board must notify the author of the arrival of his study to arbitration no later than one month from the date of receipt of the study.
8. The magazine is notified by an official letter from the editorial board of the author of the decision to decide on publication and date of publication if the research has been accepted, and the magazine does not commit to mention the reasons for non-publication

Second : Reviewer ethics

1. The reviewer must enjoy the ethical values ​​that are recognized in the field of scientific review, which include: honesty, integrity, objectivity, preservation of secrets of research, and so on.
2. The reviewer shall comply fully with the refereed rules and standards established by the editorial policy of the magazine and adhere to the forms intended for review.
3. The reviewer must apologize for the review if the research is not in his strict specialization or if it is written in a language that he cannot read.
4. The reviewer should refrain from the use of hurtful words and phrases and criticism should be directed to research and not to the researcher
5. The researcher's opinion must be respected and not confiscated.
