Abstract

This study aimed to monitor the reality of service digital reference in
the University Library of Um al-Qura Saudi Arabia in terms of components
of the physical, technological and human elements of the service through
the library's Web site and the extent of its conformity with international
standards, as well as monitored the study was to evaluate the
beneficiaries of the quality of the service through a sample of beneficiaries
in various study segments, and to identify the extent of their use of the
service and their assessment and the main obstacles they face when they
are used
