Abstract

The Embassy of Knowledge (EOK) is one of the electronic services of the
Bibliotheca Alexandrina in the governorate of the Egyptian Arabic Republic. The "
Embassy of Knowledge " is a branch that offers electronic services to the
Bibliotheca Alexandrina in all governorates. It is headquartered by universities to
provide a variety of services, It aims to spread Knowledge and provide many
services and activities, and help students and researchers to obtain information
and search databases, and is keen to organize many seminars (cultural and
artistic) and workshops specialized.
The Study will be limited and analysis of this activity and compared to the
human and material resources available at the embassy and compared to the
numbers of the target students. Finally, the analysis of the seminars and
workshops presented since the opening of The Embassy of Knowledge at
Menoufia University.
The researcher used the case study methodology, which goes deeper into
data analysis, comparisons and institutional and social dimensions.
The study recommends that:
1. Activate the role of the Knowledge Embassy at Menoufia University by
marketing the services provided
2. The need for a planned and declared policy for the training workshops
provided at the knowledge embassy, and to announce them before the
workshops in sufficient time.
3. Increase the activation of the participation of faculty members in
cooperation with the Embassy of Knowledge
4. the need to prepare more scientific research on the embassies of
knowledge and its effectiveness and its role in supporting the educational
process,
