This study highlights the website of the Egyptian Court of Cassation (www.cc.gov.eg) and the databases available on the website and its various search strategies available on it. The objective of the applied study is to evaluate the Egyptian Court of Cassation databases through a set of standards (general characteristics - databases content -information retrieval - search results ...etc.). The study also attempts to reveal the status of e-publishing of the provisions of Egyptian courts.
