Abstract

The aim of the study was to design a proposed program based on flipped
learning to increase achievement in the group development course (introductory
level) and motivation towards learning in the students of the second division in
the Department of Libraries and Information at the Faculty of Arts, Tanta
University, and study the effectiveness of the proposed program in increasing the
achievement in the group development and motivation towards learning I have
students at the Department of Libraries and Information at the Faculty of Arts,
Tanta University.
In order to measure the effectiveness of the use of the Independent
variable (the program based on inverted learning), the development of dependent
variables (group development and motivation towards learning) among students
of the second division in the Department of Libraries And the information in the
Faculty of Arts, Tanta University. The sample of the study consisted of (40)
students in the second department in the Department of Libraries and
Information.
The results of the study were: There was a statistically significant
difference (0.01) between the average scores of the students in the tribal and
order applications for the group development test. There was a statistically
significant difference (0.01) between the average of the female students in the
tribal and post- Students in the post-application.
