Abstract

The use of electronic document management systems became an important Step on the way to business development within the organizations, and always the technological side is taking the biggest interest through the planning process for the modern technology within the organization.
The biggest focus during the planning process is going to computer equipment, Software and Hardware devices which will used within the new systems in the organizations. But on the other side there is a very important element that have been overlooked within the planning process “People “.
This element is the most important element in the process, because without people it will be no use of technology.
So, this paper focuses on the important of the human element during the planning process for establishing electronic documents management systems within organizations, and how people are the key of success for information technology projects.
We often find that interested in the technological transformation institutions put the bulk of their attention on only a technological aspect of the quality of hardware, software and applications that will be used in the proposed system works and how to make the most of them benefit.
