It also dealt with the administrative procedures and tasks within the office and mission of the real estate registry and the land registry, the workforce and the qualifications of the employees of the preservation rooms. It also dealt with a study of the documentary cycle of current records, and the applied technical operations Actually on the records, the preservation systems used in the entity, and the places and environment of preservation in the light of the standards of records preservation, in addition to the necessary equipment, supplies, and methods for preservation, as well as studying the processes of evaluating, sorting, and excluding records within the Real Estate Registration Office, The digital transformation project and the digitization of records and their requirements and the challenges facing their application in the study authorities were also exposed , And assessing the extent to which the reality of digitization in the real estate registry office in Zagazig conforms to the international standard (ISO13028/2010).
