Abstract

This book reveals the state of publishing in the Arab world from 2015 AD to 2019 AD, and clarifies the problems facing the Arab publishing industry, such as: forgery, restrictive laws, continuous violation of intellectual property rights, and excessive customs on the tools of the book industry, as well as addressing many problems, Such as: the problem of the printed, digital, and audio book, and the problem of marketing it with the decline in the role of public and university libraries in supporting this industry, as well as the problem of translation from and to the Arabic language, and finally it deals with an analysis of the state of the publishing industry in the member states of the Arab Publishers Union.
