Abstract

There is no doubt that programming has an important role in the electronic archiving process, Without it, databases cannot be designed to store, search, and make available documents and their data and information contents, And if the administrative authorities do not have the programmers who are able to design databases or provide financial credits to purchase the software, they will abandon their decision regarding digital transformation, Beyond the complexities of programming languages, and in line with the nature of study in the documents, libraries and information departments, ready application software are a solution that enables students to be trained in designing databases and providing them with the necessary skills needed by the labor market, This is what the study aims to propose a curriculum to train students to design an archive database that includes three projects that are the basis for document management in any administrative authority, In addition to the project (Medical Records Management) for training on the stages and procedures for electronic archiving and practical application of important sector documents, The study reviews the teaching methods, the scientific content, its requirements and the results of its application, the most important of which is the students ’approval of the curriculum and their response to it, and their awareness of its importance with the added knowledge and skills that made them feel the value of their role in society, The study followed the experimental method that is consistent with its aims towards solving its problem with the proposed curriculum.
